Stephen Dennis – The Farming Community Network (FCN)

Stephen Dennis is the Southwest Regional Manager and National TB Lead for The Farming Community Network (FCN), a voluntary organisation that supports farmers and their families through difficult times. FCN provides practical, confidential help to those facing challenges such as financial pressure, animal disease, mental health concerns, or personal hardship.

With extensive experience supporting the agricultural community, Stephen works closely with farmers across the region, offering guidance, understanding, and access to vital support networks.

NHS Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)

NHS Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group was responsible for planning and funding local NHS healthcare services across Somerset, ensuring that residents had access to high-quality, effective care. As a clinically-led organisation made up of local GP practices, the CCG worked closely with healthcare providers, councils, and community organisations to improve health outcomes and meet the needs of the local population.

In July 2022, NHS structures changed nationwide, and the CCG was replaced by NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board (ICB). This new organisation continues the same work, bringing together NHS services, local authorities, and voluntary organisations to deliver joined-up care and improve health and wellbeing across the region.
